my contribution for the "work-related stress"
The Europe Agreement of 2004, and the resulting D. Decree Law 81/08 issued by the legislature Italian, require each organization to deal with the psycho-physiological well-being of employees. The employer is, for the first time in the history of occupational safety, held responsible for psychosocial risks due to which its employees may develop feelings of illness and psychological distress. With The Leg. 81/08, asks to communicate more closely Engineering, Law and Psychology, through the activation of rules that have as their objective the contemporary health of individuals and organizations. It is an object against which you can build a common ground between companies and workers, between those who study the social and cognitive processes and those that deal with regulatory rights and obligations of those who work in organizations. Security, risk prevention, the spread of a new attention to the person: the challenge is to overcome the opposition between disciplines and create new standards that allow organizations to process in a more psychological markedly. The research presented here is intended as a proposal on the methodology.
